Flow Measurement Flowmeter

Orifice plate

Autek orifice plates are used as primary elements in flow measurement of liquid, gas and steam according to the differential pressure principle. They can be delivered as single plates with typical flanged tapping or direct corner tapping. Welding, NDT and materials can be delivered according to NORSOK, TR, DEP, or other customer specific requirements.

The shape and manufacturing tolerance of plates used in measurement applications are defined in international standardization publications of ISO, AGA, ASME and others. Based on data from the customers process and formulas from these publications we get the relationship and values of flow, differential pressure and plate bore.

Autek calculate and design the plates and assembly in-house.

Venturi Meter

Product ID: 0
Designed and manufactured to meet strict industry standards, safety guidelines and user expectations Venturi meters are used on applications where a low permanent pressure loss is desired. This type of ‘Differential Pressure Meter’ can be used on a wide variety of flow mediums and include slurry, heavy oil, sludge, liquid, vapor, gas and high pressure steam. Autek Venturi meteris designed and manufactured according to  ISO 5167 Part 4. The Venturi meters can be deliverd with materials and welding / NDT according to NORSOK, TR, DEP or other customer sepcific requirements.

Flow Computer

Product ID: 515
The 515 FC01 application pack is a rate totaliser for the measurement of fluid. It can take the frequency or analogue output from a volumetric flowmeter and accept a 4-20mA Input or frequency/pulse input from a wide range of flowmeters. The single channel flow computer displays the flow rate, resettable total, and the accumulated total in the units of measure according to the purchase order. The instrument is compatible with a wide range of flowmeter frequency and analogue signals, including millivolt signals, reed switches, Namur proximity switches and pulse trains via its smart front-panel program selection. A freely programmable “user value” on the main menu can serve as a setpoint for the 4-20mA output or as an operator identifier to be logged.
