Clamp-On temperature sensor

RTD’s can be delivered with flying leads or connection head with terminal block. Ordered with flying leads, the sensors are designed to be used with a head-mount temperature transmitter attached directly to the sensor. Standard Clamp-on comes with AISI 316 springloaded sensor with silver tip. Flat film with silicone layer as option.

Clamps to specified diameter or universal clamp-on to be mounted with a hose clamp are both available.

Autek thermowells are all produced in Norway with materials and welding according to our customers specific requirements. We have a large stock with mateirals accoding to NORSOK and TR2000 requirements to support our customers with fast delivery if needed. The thermowells can be deliverd with calculations according to ASME PTC19.3 and all applicable documentation like WPS/WPQR, NDT report, PMI report, pressure test, GA drawing and wake frequency calculation. Welded thermowells can be manufactured with a full penetrated weld or partial penetration. Autek also design and produce helical strake thermowells for high velocity applications. These thermowells are based on ASME STS-1 and ASME PTC 19.3.
